The Conference will take place in June 4th-6th,2013 in the premises of the 4-star Diplomat Hotel, Prague 6, Czech Republic, Europe. The Conference language is English.
Conference Venue - Diplomat Hotel Prague
The 4-star Diplomat Hotel is located in Prague’s quiet diplomatic quarter, not far from the historic city centre. The 398 rooms and the hotel conference centre help to make the hotel one of the most popular venues for conferences in the Golden City. Breathtaking views over the rooftops of Prague are a special luxury of the Diplomat Suite. From the 9th floor wellness area with club atmosphere, even Prague Castle appears near enough to touch.

Registration for participation
All participants including authors are asked to register before March 31, 2013.
The conference fee covers organizational costs, costs of publication of the proceedings, welcome reception, refreshments and meals. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.
The group discount can only be provided if there are three or more participants from one organization. The discount does not apply to lecturers and accompanying person(s). The organizations are supposed to give the name list of the participants in the recipient report. The payment receipt will only be sent to the participants registered in the application form along with their email address. The participants will receive the original tax document during the registration at the desk. The foreign bank charges are paid by the conference participants.

Cancellation and refunds
The registration fee will be refunded (with a deduction of 10%) to cover the handling costs) if participation in the Conference is cancelled before April 30, 2013. No refund will be granted after this date.
Arrivals, registration and Conference opening
It is assumed that Conference participants will arrive and register on Thusday, 4 June 2013. The Conference office will be open for registration and information on Thuesday, 4 June at 17-19, and on Wednesday till Thursday at 8-18h.
No visa is required for citizens of most European countries.Please consult the Czech Embasy or authorities in your country if in doubt. The participan can request a Letter of invitation by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
